Privacy Notice
This notice explains what this website collects when you use the contact and admission enquiry forms, and how that information is handled.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), subject, and message you enter. When you use the admission enquiry form, we collect the parent / guardian name, student name, phone number, email address (if provided), class applied for, and any extra message you enter.
We do not collect information from children directly through this website; the admission form is intended for parents and guardians.
How it is used
Your enquiry details are used only to respond to your enquiry — for example, to contact you about admissions or to answer your question. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising.
How enquiries are handled today
This website does not yet send emails automatically. When you submit a form, your enquiry is recorded in your own browser and you are given a reference number, plus a button to send the enquiry to the school via your own email app. Nothing is transmitted to the school until you choose to send it (or contact the school directly). Once a backend is added, this notice will be updated to describe exactly where enquiries are stored.
How long we keep it
Enquiries sent to the school are kept for as long as needed to answer them. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted by contacting the school (see below).
Your choices
You can ask what information the school holds about your enquiry, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask the school not to contact you again, by emailing strongbasegrammarschool@gmail.com or calling +92 300 3924909.
Changes to this notice
If how enquiries are handled changes (for example, when a backend is added), this notice will be updated. The current version reflects the website as it operates today.
